Booking conditions
If you’d like to book a stay at B&B Casa Mijo, you can fill out a booking request on our website. You’ll then receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information. In the same email, we also request a 30% deposit. This deposit can be paid by bank transfer. The booking is final after receipt of the deposit. If the reservation deposit is not paid within 10 days, we will release the room.
At the end of your stay, you can pay the remaining amount and any other costs incurred by bank transfer or cash.
Cancellation policy
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you have to cancel your stay at B&B Casa Mijo, we will first try to find a suitable solution together.
We’ll first check if the stay can be moved to another date, and the deposit will then be retained.
If no new date is found and there is a valid reason for cancellation, such as illness or death, the full deposit will be refunded.
If there is no valid reason, we are forced to keep the advance payment.
Privacy
We respect the privacy of our guests and will protect and not share their personal information.
However, Spanish law requires us to make a copy of a valid ID and submit it to the national police upon arrival at the B&B.
Price calculation
Room rates are based on 2 people per night, including breakfast.
When the room is used by one person, €30 will be deducted from the room rate per night.
Pets
Pets are allowed, upon consultation, when booking 4 rooms or more.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. It’s always helpful to know a time so we can be ready to welcome our guests. Please let us know if an exact time is known. Please also inquire about the options if you would like to arrive at a different time.
Check-out is until 11:30 AM. If you wish to check out later in the day, we will charge a half-day fee. This is only possible after consultation.
If you need to leave before breakfast time, we will provide a small breakfast to take with you. Payment is made on the last evening.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and common indoor areas.
